If you've used the Audio versions for Series 1 then here's a place to let me know how it went and if the recordings worked okay. I'd particularly like to know if you think  it's worth me adding an audio to Series 2.

Thanks for the audio! It works fine. I teach adult students, so I don't really use your stories with them. But my four-year-old daughter loves you stories, especially with the audio! She now asks me to show "speaking" Reg and Lellow.

Heart warming comment there, cheers. i wasn't planning putting "speaking" Reg and Lellow on any time soon but reading that I think I'm going to have to move it up on the to-do list!

Best wishes

Chris.

I've just seen the audio version of 'Smol" and I've decided to show it to my A Junior students in the next lesson because they're learning exactly the phrases "Who's this?" and "Who's that?" :) Of course, before that I'll have to introduce them to Reg and Lellow ;)

I think, that audio version could be shown as first. Then, Ss could use the silent version - for practicing reading and then the version without the text or prompts to see if they can remember the dialogues to improve their speaking skills.

Thank you! You've done great job!!!

Thankyou. Very welcome comments there. Yes, that sounds like a fair game plan, I think I'd go along with you there. How did Smol go down?

Remember, if you have any particular language items you want to teach, you can always save the stories to your computer and modify the text.

All the very best

Hi there. It's a funny one with the audios. They seem to work for some people and not for others - and I'm not really techy enough to know why. I've got a feeling it has to do with what PowerPoint programme you are running. so my advice - which will probably prove pretty useless but here's hoping - is this: try from a different computer, try saving the file to your computer and then hitting the 'play presentation' (or something like that) option - and the sound should run automatically, with the slides changing by themselves.

Let us know how this goes.  If anyone else reading this has also had problems getting the audio which they have solved, then you might be able to offer us some advice here too. Comments welcome.
