Reg and Lellow

I teach in an international school in China.  Please advise how to open the pictures etc.  Sometimes the gov't here blocks websites or disable part.  However, this was forwarded by an ESL teacher at our school so she must have been able to open the sight. I have error message on the bottom of my screen.  Please advise if you are performing maintenance on the site (October 24, 2009.  Many thanks

There are two ways to do it. The way I would recommend is this:

Right click on the link. Select 'Save as' then save it to your actual computer (you can delete it after if you don't want it). This gives you the complete powerpoint file, and much more flexibility.

The other way, that doesn't even always work for me here in Spain is left clicking on the link and selecting 'open'. This normally enables you to view in presentation mode, but as I say, not always, depending on the speed things are running and what else is going on with your computer.

If you try the first way outlined above and it still doesn't work then I'm quite happy to send you the stories as an attachment via e-mail, but I think it will work.

General message about not being able to open the files.

What I ended up doing for Holly was mailing her the stories as attachments. If for any reason you're having problems accessing the files then send me a mail (address onthe  'Chris' page) and I'll send them to you personally.
